2006
Presentation Angelika Niescier sublim at the German Jazz Meeting,the first Garman Jazzexhibition "jazzahead" in Bremen. Premier of the work for orchestra and jazztrio cantus lucis inspired by the art of Heinz Engels. Premier of the work "Freie Erde, freie Luft", einer comission for composition for choir and orchestra after a poem Bonhoeffers "Der Tod des Moses".
2005 She was chosen by the city of Bern (Swizerland) tho write a composition about Dürrenmatts work „Der Mitmacher“ for a jazztrio and four classical singers; she wrote the music for a arte-tv documentatation „Drei Wünsche“ (Three Wishes), was/ is touring with Angelika Niescier sublim in a.o. France, Italy, Germany including concerts and recordings for broadcasting companies such as Radio Bremen and again Bayerischer Rundfunk. The musican is currently writing a large composition for a symphonic orchestra and jazz- trio.
2004 composition for a Modern Dance Performance "7 Sins", Invitations with her quartett to a festival in Poland, production of the second CD "Angelika Niescier- sublim II", which was named by critcs "the best german jazz-recording for the last ten years" (jazzthing 05). Promotion for Concerts of Female Componists´from NRW by the national Music Council, for concerts with her quartett.
2003 conception and performance of education projects for kids: "Klanggarten" (Garden full of Sound) which was a showing of instruments used in jazzmusic with a teaching-jazzconcert, and a theater about the history of jazz.
Tour with her Quartett "Angelika Niescier-sublim" including important Jazzfestivals and recordings for radio companies.
She is receiving the Price for Young Artists from the Ministry of Culture of Nordrhine Wesphalia
2002 performance of the Hellweg Suite, presentation- tour of the CD Angelika Niescier- sublim with concerts all over Germany including some important festivals (such as the International Freiberger Jazztage, International Jazzfestival Viersen). Angelika Niescier received a Promotion of the Donation for Arts NRW for the literature-music project "Résonances". Another project " Spherical Shell", which brings together Improvised Music and Modern Dance was performed in Dezember.
She also received a scholarship for 5 months for a Jazzmusican from the Ministry for Culture of Nordrhine Westphalia, with the task to develope her music.The project Summit Talks - Establishing Visions of Rhythm - a Suite for Band, one Speaker and two Tap Dancers,, was presented as the result her work and earned an overhelming postitive reaction.
2001 followed many concerts of her quartett "Angelika Niescier- sublim", where the band was overhelmed with positive resonace both of the audience and the press. The musican received for one of these concerts a Promotion for Concerts of Female Componists´ from NRW by the National Music Council; a CD- production and anther TV-concert at the WDR with Angelika Niescier- sublim; conception, lead and performance of the literature-music project "Résonances" in co- operation with the Institut Francais; composed and recorded the music for a CD-Rom concernerd with german female artists in NRW in the 20th century.
2000 she re-assembled her quartett for further concerts, made several CD- recordings and repeated engagement at the Theatre of Düsseldorf. She was also performing a large number of Solo- and Duo- Concerts with specially ordered compositions and paricipated at festival "Global Village"
1999 Angelika Niesier composed on order for the Theatre of Düsseldorf, performed on the jazzfestival of the TV- station WDR, was a guest in several concerts with the Big Band United Women´s Orchestra and (with her quartett) took part in several festivals, which introduced the Modern Jazz scene in Germany.
1998 assembling the first quartett under own lead with the goal of performing exclusively Angelika Niescier´s compositions
In this very year, she became the Promotion Price for Music of the City Düsseldorf and was performing in a production of the Theatre of Düsseldorf
